There will be staff on site at each event to direct entry and exit. Hygiene notices are posted advising proper hand washing. Disposable paper towels are placed for use to dry hands.
Sanitary facilities that are used are disinfected afterwards by the staff. Blades and door handles are also disinfected regularly.
Kitchen and mobile counter
For events with booking of catering from the house, the food will be produced by our staff with observance of hygiene measures in the kitchen and another staff member will be on the move with a mobile counter in the hall and bring your drinks and food from table to table to the guests.
The menu will be adapted so that the preparation of individual components can be carried out by a maximum of 2 members of staff.
Toilets
Guest toilets are cleaned regularly.
There are separate disinfection stations in the toilet area. Enough soap is provided at the hand wash basin in the toilet area for this purpose. Paper towels are used to dry hands – waste bins are provided close by.
Hygiene instructions for proper hand washing are posted, along with a hygiene plan for regular disinfection of the restroom area.
Protection of employees
In the admission area (sale and control of admission and control).
All our staff wear hand and nose masks. Each staff member is provided with the necessary number of nose and mouth masks and disposable gloves.
Personal contact between staff should be kept to a minimum. Work procedures and duty rosters should be continually reviewed to ensure that this is the case. Breaks are taken individually at assigned times. Staff are instructed to attend each event already in service dress as far as possible.
Ideally, offices for administrative activities are occupied by only one person or, if necessary, a spit shield is installed between workstations. Work equipment such as computers, telephones, etc. are only used by one person, the owner of the workstation.
Employees are made aware that the event hall is only to be entered if there are no health restrictions.
